Shipping/Returns
We ship all of our T-Shirts via USPS Standard & Priority Mail depending on order size. Your order will include a tracking number for efficient delivery. We strive to ship next day, however during busy times (holidays, launches, etc.) please note it can take longer. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping during busy times.Ā
RETURNS OVERVIEW:
- Returns are for STORE CREDIT onlyĀ and issued via email.Ā
- All returns must be receivedĀ within 14 days. Items should be unworn with original tags and returned in their original packaging when possible.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.Ā DoĀ notĀ combineĀ items fromĀ different orders.Ā One order per returnĀ package.
- Item exchange is possible if the item is available. Customer will pay shipping if exchange is available. Store Credit Only.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end we will cover shipping.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
- No Returns on Hats & Visors or Seasonal Holiday Wear!
- Damaged or Missing Items: If you were sent a flawed or incorrect item, pleaseĀ contactĀ our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving your order. sales@mustardandketchupkids.com
We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise with original tags purchased online *within 14 days* of the purchase date for Store Credit.
